  • All orders are processed for shipment within 7 to 14 business days following confirmation of payment. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after order processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day after order processing (available for select locations only).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any additional charges for expedited or overnight shipping services.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • FlameGrower LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for resolution in such cases.
  • If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify FlameGrower LLC within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Notification must include the order number, photographs of the damaged package, and a detailed description of the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. FlameGrower LLC is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to FlameGrower LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address.

International Shipping

  • At this time, FlameGrower LLC ships orders exclusively within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
